Meet Victoria! Born and raised in our little town on a big River! During her European travels, she fell in love! With Italy, with wine, with the culture of good food, passion for quality and the craftsmanship of handmade food! Thanks to her business, Gamma Imports, we can taste products from small villages in Northern Italy right here in our own little village!

This sweet, golden, raw honey is collected from a variety of trees and wildflowers, on 127 acres just north of Gananoque.

The vats started churning at Maple Dale Cheese in Plainfield, Ontario in 1888. First established by a cooperative of local dairy farmers, Maple Dale is now a family owned and operated business, committed to maintaining its rural roots and artisanal small vat production to this day.

Still located at the original location just 10 minutes North of Belleville, Ontario, on Highway 37.
