This is our modern sparkling cider, paying homage to the Heartwood maple forest and the food garden that contains our young orchard.  Our blend of six apples (Northern Spy, Courtland, Red Prince, Ida Red, Jonagold and Golden Russet) is lightly touched with maple syrup from our farm.  Reconnect to the tradition of farmcrafted cider, taste the land in every sip, and find out how many conversations are in your glass of cider.

Our ciders are farm-crafted and natural, featuring a six-varietal blend of Golden Russet, Red Prince, Ida Red, Jonagold, Courtland, and Northern Spy. Each can of cider contains a little piece of our farm.
