A blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, and Rolle. Peachy colour. The nose is complex and intense with aromas of exotic fruits, strawberry and cherry with a hint of spice. The mouth is full, the fruit persistent and the finish is salivating. Great expression. Pairs beautifully with sushi, ceviche, salads, pasta with clams, crab roll, gazpacho, or Spanish Serrano ham!
