From a family winery in Spain with a long tradition of winemaking, whose origin stretches back to 1790, when the first vineyards were established on their estate in the Penedès, situated a short journey of just 30 km from the Mediterranean coast and Barcelona.

They strive to always produce high quality organic and biodynamic wines and sparkling wine, capable of awakening emotion and with the premise of leaving the land that they inherited from their grandfather in peak condition for future generations.

R-Evolution, also in honor of our winemakers, María Elena Jiménez and Marta Casas, who have made Parés Balta one of the most innovative wineries in the Penedes. With them came fresh minds but also the desire to learn, apply and improve.
