Based around the famous raw milk cheese 'Reblochon', this soft cheese is great for eating as is, or melting in dishes like the famous potato Tartiflette. 

A thin delicate orange washed rind with a soft, pasty, creamy interior.
Grassy with light hints of barnyard. Not as strong or pungent as a Reblochon.
