A Grand Champion winner, this mature cheese is similar in texture to Parmesan, and bursting with flavour! Incredible on a cheeseboard and outstanding in any recipe that calls for a sharp cheese! 

Mountainoak’s Farmstead 3 Year Old won first place in its category at the SIAL Canada 2023 Cheese Competition.  It also had the highest score of any cheese entered and won the Artisanal Farmstead Award.
