Island Bakery is a family business led by Joe and Dawn Reade. From humble beginnings baking fresh bread for the islanders, they began making artisan biscuits so that everyone would be able to enjoy a little part of the Island.
Coffee and Cinnamon Biscuits with Lashings of Belgian White Chocolate
In looking for the perfect biscuit accompaniment to the morning cup of coffee in the Island Bakery office, we have come up with our new Blonde Chocaccinos. The all-butter biscuit is flecked with crushed beans, giving a coffee kick that is tempered by cinnamon and smothered in creamy Belgian white chocolate. Like all our organic treats, the recipe is simple and the flavours are pure and authentic. You won’t find any ‘flavours’ in our ingredient list – just flavoursome ingredients. So it is with the Blonde Chocaccinos – in our recipe room, we now have a big coffee grinder. It smells amazing!
