A carefully-curated monthly cheese box, featuring fabulous, special-order Canadian 🇨🇦 cheeses, exclusive to our subscribers, paired with preserves and our feature crackers!

How it works:

We want to showcase various hardworking, passionate Canadian producers and their cheeses, for you, each month, ensuring that over a 12-month period you will have sampled 36 different types of cheese from across the country! Try it out once, or continue to receive it monthly! Each box will include tasting notes, suggested pairings/recipes, and the story behind each cheese! 

• Subscription orders are due on the 12th of each month (starting in March 2025) and ready for pickup on the third Friday of each month. If subscribing after the month's delivery date, first box will be received the following month.

  Cheese boxes will be available for pick up at the Lighthouse on the third Friday of the month, between 10am and 5pm. If you can’t swing by for your order that day, let us know and we’re happy to work something out!
