Maison Antech is a 6th generation winery, in Limoux, France.

This Blanquette de Limoux has been crafted with 100% Mauzac, but we do not add any sugar. 
Mauzac is the identity grape variety of Blanquette de Limoux, a grape variety perfectly adapted to its territory and the most resistant to climate change. For these reasons, Françoise has created “M le Mauzac”, a range of four sparkling wines. Each one represents the Mauzac its own way.
The most ultimate, 3.0, is a traditional method without sugar added at the 3 stages of the process (winemaking, tirage and dosage). “M le Mauzac” is also declined in Brut Nature for the enlightened wine lovers; then souvenir of a year with the Vintage 2016; and finally tells the story of the oldest sparkling wine in the world with the Ancestral Method.
