Filotea, situated in the heart of the Marche region, was created with the objective of reproducing the genuine pasta, as made by the grandmothers in the past.
Especially important to me, this artisan pasta is incredibly light and easy to digest, while its textured surface helps absorb the sauce, exalting the flavour of all ingredients.
Filotea pastas are the perfect blend of the finest flours, durham semolina and farm fresh eggs. Produced, laid out by hand and dried in the traditional way.
This very special linguine is even more incredible with the addition of Italian garlic and parsley!
