The red onions are slowly cooked in balsamic vinegar creating a deep and rich flavour. Pair this with a strong cheese or pile on a grilled burger and you will be thrilled! 

Ingredients: Red Onion (62%), Redcurrant Jelly(Sugar, Redcurrants (31%), Water, Gelling Agent- Pectin), Brown Sugar, Balsamic Vinegar(Acetic Acid, cooked grape must), Raisins, Olive Oil, Garlic, Salt, Gelling Agent-Pectin, Black Pepper, Thyme.
