Island Bakery is a family business led by Joe and Dawn Reade. From humble beginnings baking fresh bread for the islanders, they began making artisan biscuits so that everyone would be able to enjoy a little part of the Island.
Produced in small batches and baked with care in their woodfired ovens on the Island of Mull in Scotland.
There’s no nonsense here, pure and simple. The ingredients list is short and sweet, just like these shortbread biscuits. Our bakers skillfully blend four basic ingredients, to deliver just the right balance of crunch, sweetness and the rich butter taste you can only get from an all-butter recipe. Less is more when it comes to shortbread!
