From Verdicchio to Montepulciano, they work according to the principles of organic farming. Indeed, green viticulture (as expressed through our production philosophy) is aimed at highlighting the attributes of the various terroirs, with painstaking attention to the identity of the individual crus, all in a deep and continuous dialogue with the land. Umani Ronchi has obtained the Equalitas Corporate Certification and has reached the parameters of environmental, economic and social sustainability.

Bright straw yellow colour, it presents intense aromas of fruit and flowers to the nose, with very clear mineral notes, intense and persistent. On the palate it shows a good structure and a pleasant freshness, with ripen fruit and sapid hints.

Note: Pecorino is a light-skinned wine grape used in Italy's eastern coastal regions, particularly in Marche and Abruzzo. A classic Pecorino-based wine is dry and mineral, straw-yellow in colour and has an elegantly floral bouquet of acacia and jasmine.
