SCOUT CANNING - PEI Mussels in Smoked Paprika & Fennel Tomato Sauce 100g

There was a time where canneries were a staple in coastal fishing communities across North America. Local fishermen would bring their catch to be preserved, much like a fine cut of charcuterie. After discovering an 100-year-old canning machine in her friend’s attic, Chef Charlotte was inspired to revive the tradition. 


Certified organic and hand-harvested in the inlets of Prince Edward Island, Canada, our mussels are flavoured with a smoked paprika and fennel tomato sauce. Delicious, nutritious, and responsible.

Ingredients: Organic PEI mussels (mytilus edulis), tomato purée, cold-pressed sunflower oil, brown rice flour, smoked paprika, salt, fennel seed, garlic, onions, chili flakes
