Thursday Cottage - Brandy Butter 210g

Thursday Cottage was started in 1963 in a cottage of the same name outside Spaxton, Somerset.

The ingredients, the open pan cooking and the distinctive taste and character of Thursday Cottage products has changed little from the time when the company was based in the West Country, over fifty years ago.

Brandy Butter is made using icing sugar, pure country butter and Courvoisier cognac; only the finest ingredients to produce a fantastic sweet accompaniment. Try dolloped on top of Christmas pudding or any warm dessert.

A Christmas favourite, Thursday Cottage’s Brandy Butter recipe is rich, creamy and delicious on top of puddings, or drizzled over tarts.
